We love to create and we love co-creating with others to both establish a new lifestyle business for them and to add another great business for the local community. We have found that each project is unique and is tailored around your specific requirements; though co-creation with you usually flows like this:
We guide you through dream exploration, opportunity identification, and concept co-creation.
We work with you to craft a business plan, and actionable roadmap with timelines and estimated construction costs.
We enter into an agreement, along with a “retainer fee” with you at this phase, identify ideal plots of land or existing buildings and enter into any contracts with landlords and start the permit and licenses stage.
We bring your vision to life through collaborative design and construction.
Once the project has been created, we can then assist you with recruiting your staffing needs, implementing efficient point-of-sale and operational systems for a smooth launch, freeing you to focus on your new business.
Payment Structure
The type and nature of your new business, along with your specific requirements in launching it will determine the cost of our services, though the general structure would include an initial retainer fee (once the parties have entered into an agreement for your new business with us) and then the parties can decide upon whether Coconuts & Dreams is included within your business, and shares in the profit, or sometimes on more simpler creations, we can receive progress based payment instalments for our service.
We have found that the successful businesses that we have co-created occur when the ‘business creators’ moves to Goa and fully commits to the life style business; it has become clear that finances and a dream do not make great businesses, there has to be equal parts of passion, drive, creativity and resilience as well to really transform your dream into a reality, so we really recommend that you fully commit to both the creating your dream, but also your new lifestyle.
