Phase 3: Contracts, Location Scouting & Permitting
Agreement initiation with a retainer fee, identification of ideal plots of land or buildings, contract negotiation, and commencement of permitting and licensing processes.
Phase 4: Business Design & Build
Collaborative design and construction to bring your vision to life.
Design and Build: Development of design based on your general idea and requirements, employment of workforce, and project construction on your behalf.
Project Management: Guidance on subcontractor selection, materials, labor force, and management of local connections while you lead the design and construction.
Self-Build: Assistance with securing the location, agreements with landlords, obtaining permits, and support to turn your dream into reality.
Phase 5: Staff Recruitment & Management
Assistance with recruiting staff, implementing efficient point-of-sale and operational systems for a smooth business launch.

3. Payment Structure
The cost of our services is determined by the type and nature of your new business and your specific requirements.
An initial retainer fee is required once the parties have entered into an agreement.
Payment options include:
Profit Sharing: Coconuts and Dreams is included within your business and shares in the profit.
Progress-Based Payments: For simpler projects, we receive progress-based payment installments.
We recommend that business creators move to Goa and fully commit to the lifestyle business to increase the likelihood of success. Passion, drive, creativity, and resilience are essential for transforming your dream into reality.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services.
Clients must cooperate with Coconuts and Dreams in all matters relating to the services.
Any delays caused by the client in providing necessary information or approvals may affect project timelines and costs.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials, concepts, and plans created by Coconuts and Dreams remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials and plans for the purpose outlined in the agreement.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party confidential and not to disclose it to any third party except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
Coconuts and Dreams will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

10. Amendments
Coconuts and Dreams reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By using the services of Coconuts and Dreams, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
